part 2
This morning, we met all 40 people in this months group - 20 MS patients and 20 carers plus all of the medical staff. We had a video presentation and time for questions. It was all very reassuring. It's a very efficiently run organization. I had MRI's this afternoon. what should have taken 1 1/2 hours ended up with me in the tube for 2 1/2 hours! My leg kept spasming causing the technician to keep repeating in order to get clear pictures. He finally pulled me out and put weights on my leg to hold me still. I absolutely hate MRI's! I was so glad to get out of that tube. The technician was great though, because he let me listen to my choice of music thru headphones... James Taylor and Rich Mullins. We were done for the day and back at the apartment by 3:40. I had a short nap, and Steve made supper. Time for Netflix. Here is a view from our apartment shortly after sunset. It's the Popocatepetl, an active volcano and South America's tallest Ferris Wheel. Goodnight from Mexico!
